• Our approach

  Services are delivered using evidence and strengths-based intervention approaches across Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Early Intervention, Speech Pathology, Psychology, and Allied Health Assistance. Occupational Therapists help identify interests and goals, manage daily routines at home and in the community, modify tasks to make them easier, and recommend meaningful activities. Early Childhood Early Intervention specialists assess child development and arrange necessary interventions in homes, schools, or therapy clinics. Speech Pathologists diagnose and treat communication disorders, including difficulties with speaking, listening, language, reading, writing, social skills, stuttering and voice, as well as swallowing difficulties. Psychology services provide evidence-based assessments using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.

• Working with families

  The provider emphasises a family-oriented approach and welcomes communication with parents and carers. Parents complete pre-group questionnaires and suitability assessments to ensure programs align with their child's needs and goals. For families navigating the NDIS, the administration team is available to discuss service agreements, available funding, and group costs. • Meet the team

  The team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, a Registered Psychologist, and Allied Health staff across multiple locations. Key leaders include Reece Dumbell (Director, Co-Founder, Occupational Therapy Advisory Board Member at Deakin University with over a decade in Health & Fitness) and Dean Sardellis (Director, Co-Founder, Chartered Accountant with 15+ years' experience and lived NDIS experience as a carer). Clinical managers and team leaders include Nadine Toich (Occupational Therapist with extensive NDIS experience across the lifespan), Claudia Hedberg (Occupational Therapist with 7 years in the disability sector and 4 years leading paediatric OT teams), Nicole Dunn (Speech Pathologist with extensive NDIS experience and clinical focus on paediatrics), Louise Philpott (Speech Pathologist with over 20 years across health, education, justice and private sectors, specialising in learning disabilities, autism, mental health and voice disorders), and Ashlee Reynolds (Registered Psychologist passionate about supporting access to disability services).
