    Therapy Focus employs around 300 staff across Perth and the South West, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and dietitians. The organisation is structured with a Board of Directors, a Leadership Team overseeing operations, and Team Leaders, Service Coordinators and Clinical Leads working directly with clients.
