  • Our approach

The clinic uses research-based "best-practice" therapies that have been proven effective through rigorous research, then tailors these treatments to suit each child's individual needs. A unique matching process helps ensure a good fit between your child or adolescent and their clinician. Sessions take into account your family's culture, religious beliefs, family composition and your child's strengths when developing a treatment plan. The therapeutic relationship is considered very important to treatment outcomes. Treatment progress is carefully tracked for each individual to ensure the approach is working well.

  • Meet the team

The team consists of child and adolescent-focused psychologists, counsellors and social workers who have specialised training and experience working with children and/or adolescents. Each clinician has been carefully selected by Dr Elizabeth Seeley-Wait, the clinic's founder. All psychologists are fully registered and experienced in an area of child and/or adolescent psychology. Beyond their private practice, the psychologists are involved in research and contribute to their field. The team is described as compassionate, professional and capable of helping families achieve their goals.
