About Talk HQ Speech Pathology
At TalkHQ speech pathology, we offer a range of play-based therapy services for children who may be experiencing challenges communicating with the world around them. We recognise that every child and family situation is different, and we adapt therapy to suit each unique child rather than using a cookie-cutter approach. We work with children from birth through to the end of their high school year, utilising evidence-based strategies that make learning fun so children don't realise they're learning.

Our approach
Talk HQ uses evidence-based, play-based therapy tailored to each child's unique interests and learning style. Sessions combine tabletop, floor, computer, iPad and movement activities, with therapists discovering what motivates your child and building sessions around those interests. The approach recognises that children learn best through fun—if your child doesn't realise they're learning, the therapists have done their job well. Sessions are adapted to suit your child's age, developmental stage, temperament and ability to concentrate, rather than expecting children to fit a predetermined mould. Whether your child finds it hard to sit still or has other learning preferences, the therapy is shaped around their needs.
