The therapeutic approach is embedded in attachment theory, trauma-informed, and draws on methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ADHD coaching, mindfulness, EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, and couples therapy models. You'll learn skills to reduce the impact of difficulties like anxiety, depression, avoidance, perfectionism and worry, enabling you to do what matters most. Work is collaborative, with you cared for, understood, challenged and supported to grow.

  • Your first visit

During the first appointment, the psychologist will observe, ask questions and work with you to build a thorough understanding of your difficulties and what you're experiencing. The clinician will aim to put you at ease through a warm, non-judgmental and accepting approach.
