Child & Adolescent Therapy: Therapy for children and adolescents facing challenges including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, stress, and adjustment issues.
Individual Therapy: Psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors offer support for anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, stress, conception, pregnancy, parenting, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Psychological Assessments: Cognitive assessments and ADHD/Autism assessments conducted by qualified psychologists.
Couples Therapy: Psychotherapy helping couples navigate relationship difficulties such as conflict, infidelity, intimacy issues, and parenting stress.
Play Therapy: Therapeutic play-based support for children.
Massage: Remedial, relaxation, pregnancy, postpartum and teen massage with advanced techniques including deep tissue massage and myofascial release.
