  • Your first visit

When you contact the practice, the team takes time to understand what brings you to therapy, answers your questions, and learns what you're hoping for from support. They then help match you with a psychologist whose experience, approach, and areas of expertise align with your needs and goals. Once matched, an appointment time is arranged that works for you, with the team answering any questions along the way. The practice guides you through the process and reassures families that it's okay to feel uncertain—they can help work out where to start.
