  • Our approach

The team draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each child's unique needs. Sessions may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps reframe unhelpful thoughts; mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage physical symptoms; Schema Therapy to address deeply ingrained patterns; and the Unified Protocol for managing multiple emotional difficulties. All psychologists adhere to strict ethical guidelines and stay up to date with the most current research and treatments, working to help children develop coping strategies and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
