Our approach
The approach focuses on listening to each child's individual goals, needs and challenges to create a safe therapeutic environment where they feel empowered to move forward. Sessions take place face-to-face in homes, schools or community settings, with a strong emphasis on capacity building and working alongside family, support staff and other allied health professionals. The provider believes in a holistic approach that supports physical, emotional and social wellbeing, drawing on expertise in assistive technology, emotional regulation and sensory regulation to help children overcome the impact of their diagnoses on everyday life. This collaborative, person-centred philosophy has developed through more than a decade of community-based practice across a wide range of disabilities.
