  • Our approach

Square One Therapy Hub takes an evidence-based approach tailored to each child's unique goals and needs. Sessions focus on building independence and confidence through practical strategies delivered by occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists working together as a coordinated team. Therapy can happen at the clinic in Kogarah, at home, or at school — whatever works best for your family. The therapists align goals across disciplines and communicate closely to provide a consistent experience, and parents are central to every child's progress.

  • Working with families

Parents are central to every child's progress, and the team actively involves families throughout therapy. Sessions can include parents, and therapists provide practical strategies you can use at home to support your child's learning. The clinic also recognises that parent wellbeing matters — there's a gym space available for parents who want to focus on their own health and strength, with special rates for one-to-one physio if your child attends speech or occupational therapy. Regular communication keeps you in the loop about your child's goals and progress.

  • Meet the team

The team includes occupational therapists Lena Saab (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Western Sydney University, 2021) and Ruth Goble (BSc Hons Occupational Therapy, Bournemouth University, 2021), speech pathologist Shine Yin Teoh (Bachelor of Speech Pathology Hons, University of Newcastle, 2021), and physiotherapist Pavan Kasthuri (Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Australian Catholic University, 2019). Michelle Kasthuri is the director, who holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Paramedicine (2013) and founded the hub after recognising families needed better-connected, long-term support. Together they bring 18+ years of combined expertise across all three therapy disciplines.
