Spectrum uses a diagnostic-first approach, starting with a free assessment to identify exactly where each child sits across reading, writing and maths—not just by year level, but by actual ability. The centre operates a unique 5-band learning system that builds a personalised pathway starting from each child's true level, systematically filling gaps before accelerating ahead. Sessions are structured weekly classes in small groups with expert teachers who know each student by name and adapt their approach to each child's individual learning style. Rather than teaching the same content at the same pace to everyone, differentiation is built directly into the system, allowing foundation-building and extension to happen simultaneously.
