Our approach
Sessions at Set for School are play-based and led by qualified teachers in a home-like studio setting. Small groups of no more than 8 children work together on turn-taking, friendships, sitting and focusing, fine-motor skills, early literacy and numeracy, and practising independence. The whole-child approach weaves together the social, emotional and practical skills children need to walk through the school gate feeling capable. There's a real difference between preparing a child and pushing one, and the program sits firmly on the preparing side, building confidence without pressure.
