Our approach
Sandra Ifrah Psychology uses an individualised, trauma-informed approach tailored to each person's unique needs rather than applying rigid, one-size-fits-all methods. Sessions draw on evidence-based techniques including EMDR, CBT, couples therapy, and family therapy approaches. Clinicians take time to understand your story and meet you exactly where you are, creating a supportive space focused on your specific circumstances. The team works with complex presentations including trauma, family violence, and neurodevelopmental challenges. Through this personalised care, clients often move from feeling stuck toward restored quality of life, reconnection with meaningful relationships, and renewed purpose.
