Our approach
Rose Park Psychology uses evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. The practice offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples work. Psychologists aim to develop nurturing and productive relationships with clients while using tried and true intervention methods. Sessions are designed to be supportive and accessible, with flexible appointment times available. The practice welcomes concerns of any size—whether a series of sessions for a complex problem or a single session for a specific issue.
Working with families
Rose Park Psychology supports collaboration with families and carers. The practice works with parents and can coordinate care with schools, support workers, and other allied health providers to ensure consistency. When appropriate, therapy is conducted collaboratively with your broader team. The practice also offers NDIS reports and documentation tailored to your needs to support therapy goals and plan reviews. Confidentiality is assured, and the receptionists welcome your questions and will guide you to the best psychologist for your family's needs.
Meet the team
The team includes nine registered psychologists with varying levels of experience and specialisation. Clinical Psychologists include Guillermo Garcia Castillo William, Dr. Danny Camfferman, Sarah Jackson, Jill Wiltshire, and Helen White; Senior Clinical Psychologists include Sam Young and Jo England; and Psychologists include Caitlin Waldie and Lesley Golley. Additionally, Alana Settecasi is a Registered Social Worker. All psychologists regularly undertake professional supervision and work within a supportive group structure. Many are endorsed as clinical psychologists offering evidence-based treatment for a wide range of disorders.
