Working with families
Families and carers are central to the support planning process, with ONCALL committed to listening closely and adapting as needs change. The organisation works with each person and their family to support independence and wellbeing, building plans that respond to personal goals and circumstances. Communication and feedback are prioritised, with parents and carers able to speak with site managers, service delivery officers, or support workers, and a dedicated National Feedback Officer available by phone. The Client Advisory Committee specifically welcomes feedback from clients and their communities to help shape and improve service delivery.
