  • Our approach

Motherscape combines occupational therapy with postpartum support, offering a holistic and grounded approach tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are informed by an occupational therapy lens and focus on establishing healthy routines, personalised interventions and practical adaptations for your individual situation. The work addresses both the emotional and practical dimensions of motherhood, with particular attention to the often-unseen aspects like mental load, sensory demands and shifting daily routines. Through education, reflective resources and maternal care, the aim is to help you feel more supported during this significant life transition. The foundation of all support is understanding that when a baby is born, so is a mother—and your wellbeing matters alongside your child's.
