  • Our approach

Our therapy approach is child-centred, family-focused, and evidence-based. Sessions are play-based and interactive, designed to make learning fun while achieving meaningful progress. During 45–60 minute one-to-one sessions, therapists work in your child's areas of developmental need. We believe every child learns best when therapy is engaging, supportive, and tailored to their unique strengths and goals. Our team works closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across home, school, and community environments.

  • Working with families

The service is family-focused with close involvement of family members throughout therapy. The team works closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across home, school, and community environments. Parents receive a clear report after the initial assessment with recommendations, which helps guide understanding of their child's communication strengths and needs. This collaborative approach ensures that therapy is tailored to the communicative needs of the child within the family context.

  • Your first visit

The initial assessment is carried out in a relaxed, fun-filled environment and helps identify your child's communication strengths and areas that may need support. During the assessment, the therapist evaluates how your child listens, understands, talks, and interacts across areas such as listening and attention, speech sound development, receptive and expressive language skills, play skills, fluency, social communication, voice quality, and phonological awareness. The results guide an individualised therapy plan to help your child build confidence and reach their full communication potential. You will receive a clear report with recommendations tailored to your child's needs.
