- Individual Psychological Support
- Evidence-based treatments including Schema therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, social skills training, and EMDR for adolescents (aged 9+) and adults.
- Psychological Assessments
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessments for children 9+ and adults, including diagnostic assessments for Autism, ADHD, learning & cognitive difficulties/strengths.
- Group Programs
- Group programs on various topics throughout the year to connect with others, normalise challenges, and provide cost-effective support.
- Clinical Supervision
- STAP-accredited supervision for provisional psychologists undertaking registration pathways and clinical supervision for other mental health professionals.
- Education Sessions
- Education sessions on a variety of topics available to organisations or schools, both online or in person.
