Our approach
Play Therapy uses play as the primary medium for children to communicate, process emotions, and solve problems in a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space. Sessions focus on helping children work through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, behavioral difficulties, grief, and social struggles. The therapeutic rooms are designed as secure spaces where emotional processing is encouraged without fear of judgment. The provider tailors the play approach to suit each individual child, recognising that effective therapy is built on trust, empathy, and meeting the child where they are. Additional approaches include AutPlay Therapy for children with autism or neurodevelopmental differences, and specialised therapy for adolescents who need a safe space to develop self-understanding as they navigate the teenage years.
