  • Our approach

At Loop Therapy, sessions are built on evidence-based, family-centred occupational therapy practices designed to recognise and celebrate each child's unique abilities. The therapist works with children aged 2-17 across multiple areas including fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning, activities of daily living, social and play skills, and emotional and sensory regulation. Sessions are tailored to your child's individual needs and goals. The approach emphasises creating a nurturing and supportive environment where your child can develop their potential. Additional services such as school observations, functional capacity assessments, and parent coaching are available to support your child's progress across different settings.

  • Working with families

Family involvement is central to Loop Therapy's family-centred approach, with parent coaching available as an additional service to support your child's development. The team can be contacted directly via email at admin@looptherapy.net.au or by phone at 0415 533 270 for inquiries or to discuss your child's needs. School observations and recommendations are also offered to help align therapy goals across home and educational settings. This ensures parents and carers remain engaged in understanding and supporting their child's progress.

  • Your first visit

Your first step is to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which you can schedule through the online booking link on their website. During this initial consultation, a therapist will address your questions about your child's needs and discuss whether Loop Therapy services are appropriate for your situation. The therapist will provide guidance on the assessment and intervention process to help you understand what to expect. This gives you an opportunity to connect with the team and get clarity before proceeding with a formal assessment.
