Our approach
The practice uses evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's needs, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. CBT helps identify and change negative thought patterns, ACT focuses on accepting thoughts without judgment and committing to action, DBT emphasizes regulating emotions and improving relationships, and Schema Therapy explores deep-rooted patterns to effect change. Sessions are collaborative, with the therapist building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop effective coping strategies for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns.
