Our approach
Lilly Pilly combines creative arts interventions with neuroscience principles to support healing and growth. Art therapy uses drawing, painting, sculpting and collage-making to help children express emotions and process experiences without relying on words, while play therapy creates a safe, structured environment where play and storytelling help develop coping skills. Both approaches focus on self-expression and emotional healing rather than artistic skill, and incorporate understanding of how stress affects the nervous system, attachment and self-regulation. Sessions are tailored to each child's unique needs, with particular expertise in supporting neurodiverse children, including those with autism, ADHD and PDA.
