  • Your first visit

At your first visit, making you feel safe and comfortable is the top priority. The psychologist will take time to help you relax so you can explore your concerns in a way that suits you. The session focuses on exploring your background and history to understand your story and what has brought you to seek support. This initial assessment allows the psychologist to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique situation. From there, you and your psychologist will work together to develop an approach tailored to your needs.
