  At Lead and Succeed Education, students learn to master four essential academic skills: sentence control, paragraph structure, vocabulary development, and academic performance. Sessions are rigorous and structured, designed to challenge students beyond typical classroom expectations. Within the small group format (maximum 5 students), coaching focuses on developing clear thinking and confident writing rather than worksheets. Students learn not only from their own work but by observing feedback given to peers, which deepens their understanding of what strong writing looks like. The approach emphasises that high-performing students aren't naturally talented—they're taught how to think clearly and structure their ideas systematically.

  Lead and Succeed Education supports families through consultation and clear communication about progress. The provider offers a Writing Transformation Guarantee™ where families see measurable improvement in writing structure, clarity, and confidence within one term if their child attends consistently, completes weekly work, and applies feedback. The Academic Blueprint diagnostic provides families with insight into their child's learning approach and specific skill gaps, enabling informed decision-making about their child's development. • Meet the team

  The provider is a former Head of K–2, trained NAPLAN marker, and curriculum writer with more than a decade of experience in primary education. This background includes direct involvement in developing the 2021 NSW English Syllabus (3–6), bringing both classroom leadership and curriculum expertise. The qualifications and experience ground the coaching in a deep understanding of how students are taught and assessed within schools, allowing students to receive guidance that aligns with real academic expectations.
