Our approach
The practice uses a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that recognises and celebrates how individuals experience and interact with the world. Therapy moves away from pathologising differences and instead focuses on appreciating the unique strengths neurodivergent people bring, while acknowledging the adversity they face in a neurotypical-biased world. Sessions use Rogerian, mindfulness-based, acceptance and embodied approaches, with EMDR where appropriate, all guided by compassion, curiosity and respect for each person's capacity for growth. Therapy is not about fixing or forcing change, but about understanding patterns, reconnecting with your body and values, and finding ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.
