  • Our approach

At Kids & Adults Therapy Hub, therapy sessions are designed to be fun, supportive and evidence-based, tailored to each child's unique needs and challenges. The team focuses on helping children develop skills across communication, behaviour, play and function so they can interact and engage confidently with the world around them. Sessions take place in a modern, purpose-designed clinic equipped with quality resources and toys, or can be provided in natural everyday environments like schools and childcare centres through mobile therapy services. The approach is holistic and individualised, with therapists working alongside families and other stakeholders to create and adjust treatment plans as children progress toward their goals. Every child is supported in a kind, professional environment where they're encouraged to reach their full potential.

  • Working with families

Family involvement is central to the therapy journey at Kids & Adults Therapy Hub, with therapists working alongside families and other stakeholders to carry out individualised treatment plans. Parent education and training programs are offered, enabling parents to support their child's progress at home and achieve faster results. The clinic maintains regular communication to check in, evaluate therapy progress and adjust plans as children develop. Regular feedback from families is valued and used to improve services.

  • Meet the team

Kids & Adults Therapy Hub has a dedicated team of friendly and experienced multidisciplinary therapists providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Behaviour Therapy services. The team includes Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Therapists, with the clinic noting it currently has around 50 therapists on staff. All therapists deliver services based on current research and evidence-based practice, working in a holistic and individualised way. The team continues to grow to meet service capacity, allowing the clinic to support more families and reduce wait times.

  • Your first visit

During an initial consultation, you'll have the opportunity to speak with your therapist and discuss the way forward for your child's care. This consultation is recommended for each new person attending the clinic, allowing time to understand your child's needs and concerns. Following this initial meeting, regular therapy sessions will begin with your therapist, and the team will monitor progress and goals throughout the treatment journey. Assessments and reports can be provided as needed to track your child's development and inform ongoing planning.
