• Our approach

  Integral's teaching approach is built on research-based pedagogy, with programs carefully sequenced to develop reasoning, understanding and confidence across a student's academic journey. Sessions involve structured teaching and practice delivered by qualified educators who design personalised learning plans tailored to each student's strengths, gaps and goals. The focus is on building core skills in Mathematics and English while fostering analytical thinking, exam technique and stress management through continuous support. Students progress through a proven four-step process: identifying strengths and gaps through assessment, delivering structured teaching with consistent feedback, evaluating progress regularly, and keeping students organised and confident for assessments and exams. The philosophy centres on creating capable, engaged learners who embrace challenge and pursue lifelong learning, rather than preparing students only for the next assessment.

  Integral is committed to keeping parents informed and empowered throughout their child's learning journey, offering resources and guidance to support families at every stage. Regular assessments and feedback help track progress, and the structured learning pathway provides clear roadmaps and next steps so parents understand what their child should focus on and when it matters most. Families receive ongoing communication about their child's performance and any adjustments to their learning plan, ensuring steady progress and confidence building. The programs are designed to provide continuous support across Years 5–10 and beyond, with parent guidance built into the educational pathway. This collaborative approach reflects Integral's commitment to fostering a thriving community of parents and students dedicated to long-term academic excellence.

• Meet the team

  Integral's team comprises qualified educators who are graduates of selective schools and former selective school teachers, bringing firsthand insight into the enrolment process and exam preparation strategies. Members are registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and bring expertise in Mathematics, Science and English, with several holding qualifications such as ATAR 99.80 and 3+ years of tutoring experience. The leadership includes Chris Chau, the founder and former Head of Maths at Suzanne Cory High School, and Himneet Kaur, Program Coordinator with ten years of experience teaching Maths in Victorian schools. All educators design individualised learning plans and deliver structured teaching supported by continuous assessment and feedback. The team is committed to stress management, motivational support and providing families with clear guidance throughout their child's learning pathway.

  Your first appointment begins with a free assessment and chat with our educators, where we discuss your child's goals and current learning stage. During this initial meeting, we identify your child's strengths and gaps, then map out a clear learning plan that matches the right course, pace and pathway for their needs. This assessment-led approach helps families make informed decisions from the start and ensures your child begins on a structured pathway tailored to their specific requirements. The team will provide guidance on which program best suits your child's year level and learning goals, whether that's junior primary support, selective school preparation, or secondary acceleration. This foundation sets the stage for personalised support that continues across their academic journey.
