Our approach
The Brainworks approach follows a consistent four-step process: assess where each student is and where they want to go, design a personalised learning pathway that targets gaps and growth, deliver structured and purposeful lessons with continual guidance, and provide clear feedback so students grow in confidence and competence. Tutors utilise a range of teaching methods to ensure each student receives what they need to excel, answering questions, asking students questions, and correcting and explaining all work. Sessions use diagnostic tests and continuous assessments to tailor the level to each student's abilities, moving away from one-size-fits-all approaches. Teaching materials and pacing are adjusted based on each child's individual needs, and progress is monitored regularly to keep learning focused and meaningful.
