Our approach
At Inspire Kids, therapy sessions are play-based, relationship-focused, and designed around your child's natural interests and motivation. Occupational Therapists work with children to strengthen everyday skills such as fine motor development, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and self-care routines in a way that feels meaningful and safe. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and held weekly or fortnightly, either at the clinic, school, or kindergarten. Building a trusting relationship with your child is central to the approach, creating an environment where they feel comfortable to explore, learn, and grow. The therapists work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, offering practical strategies to help carry therapy goals into everyday routines and home environments.
