  • Your first visit

Your first appointment involves two main steps: a history-taking session where your psychologist gets to know you, understands your symptoms, family history and daily routines; and the assessment session itself, which uses only gold-standard, evidence-based tools and can take up to two hours. Before your booking, you'll receive intake information to prepare. You'll then have a report and feedback session where your psychologist explains your results, highlights your strengths, and provides tailored strategies to help you navigate challenges. The clinic keeps waitlists short so you can access support sooner, and offers both telehealth and face-to-face options.
