Ingenious Academy, Creating Champions, has been operating since 2011. They offer small group tuition with personalised attention across 15 programs including abacus, mental math, selective exam preparation, NAPLAN preparation, and various English and mathematics courses for students from kindergarten to year 12.

Our approach
Ingenious Academy teaches children in a fun and easy way, aiming to uncover the genius within each student. Small group tuition with personalised attention ensures enhanced learning for each individual. The academy uses specialised methods like Vedic Maths in their Rocket Maths program, where multiple ways of solving calculations deepen understanding of numbers and improve mental agility, memory, and confidence. Sessions are delivered by subject matter experts trained to create a safe, supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable to ask questions and try without fear.
Meet the team
The team includes founder and CEO Arpana Ahluwalia, who has over 15 years of experience with the academy and prior corporate IT training experience, holding a Bachelor of Engineering and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. Head Teacher Meetu Khanna brings 10+ years with the academy and holds a Masters in Human Resources and Bachelor of Commerce Honours. Content creator Irick Dawinan has 7+ years experience and a Bachelor of Commerce/Advanced Studies in English Literature. Additional team members include Jazz Lee (4+ years, pursuing engineering and architecture), Aarya Talati (pursuing law and psychology), Dinithi Kodituwakku (pursuing commerce and economics), and Shivi Bharadwaj (pursuing psychology), all serving as teachers and subject matter experts.
