Our approach

Sessions combine 2–3 weekly face-to-face lessons with weekly testing, structured homework and detailed feedback, plus a 30-minute online doubt-clarification session each week to support concept mastery. The philosophy emphasises consistent, personalised support through carefully crafted materials designed to challenge students appropriately and promote growth at their individual pace. Teaching leverages technology tools to enhance delivery, and regular communication with parents helps guide students through their learning journey with confidence and clarity.

Working with families

Deltaplus maintains regular communication with parents about student progress and the path forward, ensuring families understand their child's development and how to best support their learning. The coaching team provides guidance and counsel to students regularly and shares information about exam-taking strategies, workload management, and stress management tips with both students and families. Parents can expect updates through periodic communication and partnership in the learning process, with the understanding that actual student outcomes depend on how committed both students and parents are to the support plans and suggestions offered by the centre.

Meet the team

Krishna Pandey is the head teacher and teaches all mathematics classes. He brings over 20 years of combined experience in corporate IT and data analytics alongside a long-standing passion for education; he now works full-time in high school mathematics teaching. Krishna holds a B.Tech degree from NIT Trichy with a strong interest in mathematics and emphasises diagnostics as integral to tailoring individual support. He designs all classwork, homework, diagnostics, and weekly tests to ensure coverage, relevance, and appropriate difficulty, and he uses technology tools to enhance teaching and make mathematics more engaging and accessible.

Your first visit

Before enrolling in term or holiday courses, all new students complete a mandatory diagnostic test and receive a free assessment report at no charge. This diagnostic session helps identify each student's strengths and areas for improvement, allowing the teaching team to tailor support to individual needs from the outset. New students are then offered three discounted trial classes to experience the teaching style and course structure; after these three sessions, you can decide whether to continue with the full course. Short courses are open for enrolment without a test, providing an alternative entry point. The diagnostic test results remain valid for six months.
