Our approach
The practice uses evidence-based therapy approaches including Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and ADHD Coaching. Schema Therapy is described as well-researched and effective for treating depression, anxieties and personality disorders. Emotion Focused Therapy helps individuals, couples and families address emotional states and interpersonal relationships. ADHD Coaching is delivered in individual, group or family settings to help build better understanding and management of problematic behaviours affecting the individual and their relationships.
Meet the team
Shaun Bergoff is a Registered Psychologist who has been delivering therapy and coaching on the Gold Coast for more than ten years. His training from renowned institutes in Australia, South Africa and the United States has equipped him to assess, diagnose and treat patients with various psychological challenges. He specialises in ADHD assessment and coaching for both children and adults, relationship therapy and addiction counselling, with particular experience managing addiction and dual diagnosis from work in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres.
