Our approach
Educational therapists at the centre are specialist teachers trained to understand each child's learning challenges and the patterns they've developed to manage or mask their difficulties. They focus on the whole child—considering both emotional and cognitive factors involved in successful learning. All educational therapists specialise in dyslexia and have achieved (or are achieving) accreditation as Associate Members of the Australian Dyslexia Association (AMADA). Services use evidence-based Multisensory Structured Language approaches, tailored interventions like intensive reading support, and specialised programs for reading, writing, and maths support, including small-group and individual sessions. The centre believes in the positive reframing of dyslexia for students, families, and educators, recognising diverse learning and thinking skills.
