  • Our approach

Mindful Representations combines mindfulness, systemic awareness, and reflective exploration to help participants develop practical skills and deepen awareness of relational patterns that shape lives. The approach integrates Family Constellations with mindfulness practice, placing emphasis on grounded awareness, emotional discernment, and respectful integration. Workshops provide a supportive environment where participants gather to explore issues through setting up a Mindful Representation, with some taking representative roles and others observing. Throughout the day, the facilitator guides the process using mindfulness, systemic awareness, and careful attention to known facts, alongside formal mindfulness practices, group reflection, and opportunities for discussion and learning. No prior experience is needed to attend, and participants are always free to choose their level of involvement, whether exploring their own situation, taking a representative role, or simply observing and learning.
