Our approach
Creative Foundations uses LEGO® Based Therapy, an evidence-backed approach where children work together in small groups of three to four to complete builds while rotating through different roles—engineer, supplier, and builder. Sessions are 90 minutes long, held weekly across 10-week school-term blocks, and conclude with free creative building time. This method taps into children's natural curiosity and interests to develop social, communication, and fine motor skills in a highly motivating, play-based setting. The approach embraces neurodiversity and supports children to regulate emotions and behaviours, collaborate with peers, and build resilience through creative expression and problem-solving together.
