  • Our approach

At Connecting OT, therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need for daily living and learning through assessment of their physical, sensory and cognitive abilities. Sessions take place in a fun and energetic environment, with personalised intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. The team works to build success within your child's everyday spaces—home, school or kinder—so they can experience confidence completing specific tasks and transitioning between activities. This collaborative approach involves observing your child carefully and creating a plan to help them reach their full potential while building independence across different settings.

  • Working with families

Connecting OT collaborates closely with families, educators and other healthcare professionals throughout the therapy process. The team works to involve parents and carers in building success within your child's functional environments, and they strive to provide a seamless approach by working with a wide range of local allied health providers and paediatricians.
