Our approach
The teaching approach centres on small group sessions with tailored resources rather than ad-hoc tutoring, delivered by trained teachers and curriculum experts. Sessions focus on the "3 H's"—heart, hustle and high expectations—with teachers acting as mentors and cheerleaders who support students beyond weekly classes, helping with everything from maths problems to essay drafting and time management. Students work with like-minded learners who question, collaborate and elevate each other's thinking, and teachers progress students based on readiness rather than age, either accelerating those ready to advance or providing foundational skill support. The Academy explicitly aims to diagnose where each student is at, place them with appropriately skilled peers, provide constant feedback in multiple forms, and celebrate academic achievement in an environment where learning is valued and trying hard is celebrated.
