Our approach
Child-centred play therapy is a form of counselling especially for children that works at the child's own pace. Play is how children discover and make sense of the world, and through play they can explore meaningful topics like emotions, relationships, grief, and challenges without needing words. Sessions are safe and therapeutic, allowing children to work through issues, develop new skills, build emotional regulation and resilience, and gradually make sense of their lived experiences. By exploring their inner and outer worlds in play, children begin to resolve their difficulties and experience increased confidence and self-worth.
