• Our approach

  Kaleidoscope Therapy works from the belief that small shifts can create big changes. The team—including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Allied Health Assistants, and Key Workers—plans and problem-solves collaboratively under one roof rather than in isolation. Each child is seen as unique, with therapy tailored to their strengths, challenges, and priorities while benefiting from the collective expertise of the whole team. Sessions use evidence-based, creative approaches suited to each child, whether through practical strategies, play-based activities, or alternative communication methods. Rather than juggling multiple services, families receive coordinated, holistic support that helps children build independence, confidence, communication, and meaningful participation in everyday life. The integrated model means therapy goals adapt as your child's needs evolve.

• Working with families

  Families are central to the therapy process at Kaleidoscope Therapy. Key Workers act as a trusted point of contact, helping to prioritise goals and implement therapy strategies into daily routines while empowering families to support their child's progress. Allied Health Assistants work in home, school, and kinder settings to reinforce skills and build confidence in your child's everyday environments. The integrated model means therapists work collaboratively to adapt therapy goals and care plans as your child's needs evolve, keeping families informed and involved every step of the way. With all services under one roof, there's seamless communication between team members, so parents receive coordinated support rather than managing multiple separate services.

• Meet the team

  Kaleidoscope Therapy brings together Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Allied Health Assistants, and Early Childhood Intervention Key Workers—all working collaboratively under one roof. The team was founded by Jo, an Occupational Therapist, and Nikki, a Speech Pathologist, who recognised that collaboration between allied health professionals led to better outcomes for children. Key Workers are Allied Health professionals or early childhood educators who work closely with families to support development, acting as a trusted point of contact. Allied Health Assistants provide hands-on support under the guidance of therapists to help children practise and build on therapy goals in everyday environments like home, school, and kinder. All team members work together to ensure a truly coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to each child's care.
