  • Your first visit

At the first appointment, clinicians begin by establishing a warm and comfortable relationship to understand your child's unique needs. A collaborative plan is developed together to address their specific concerns, which may include mood, anxiety, self-esteem, school issues, bullying or behavioural concerns. The clinician will explore your child's background and any relevant history to provide tailored psychological support. You can expect a thorough assessment that forms the foundation for effective, individualised treatment.
