  • Our approach

The practice uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method for couples. Sessions are conducted by experienced mid-to-late career psychologists who provide compassionate, structured support in a safe environment. Psychologists work collaboratively with clients to develop personalised treatment plans, helping them build coping skills and make lasting changes. The focus is on practical, evidence-based care adapted to each person's specific circumstances and goals.

  • Meet the team

The team consists of 25+ highly experienced, mid-to-late career psychologists, all fully registered with AHPRA and eligible for Medicare rebates. Clinical Psychologists have completed a minimum of eight years of university training and supervised practice and hold an area of practice endorsement from AHPRA, providing advanced assessment and evidence-based therapies for mild to complex mental health conditions. Registered Psychologists are fully qualified AHPRA-registered professionals with extensive clinical experience. The clinic also employs a Clinical Neuropsychologist with advanced training in brain-behaviour who provides comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for conditions affecting memory, attention, learning, ADHD and Autism.

  • Your first visit

The first appointment involves an initial assessment where you discuss your challenges with a psychologist and together develop a personalised treatment plan to achieve your goals. The assessment helps the psychologist understand your specific needs and circumstances. Prior to your first session, you'll be asked to complete relevant forms. If you're using Medicare, your GP will need to create a Mental Health Care Plan first, though you don't need a referral to book an appointment. The intake process is streamlined, and you can be matched with the right psychologist for your needs through the clinic's expert Intake Team.
