Our approach
At Blue Flame Wellness, therapy takes a holistic, client-first approach that considers emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs as part of your care. Rather than simply treating symptoms, the team works alongside each person to understand the root of what's going on and tailors a treatment plan that fits their actual life. The clinicians bring years of experience and specialised training in evidence-based techniques, staying up to date with the latest approaches. Sessions are grounded in genuine connection and real partnership, with the team listening with empathy and meeting you where you are, whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma or something more complex.
Meet the team
Blue Flame Wellness has a diverse team of Clinicians including Psychologists and Counsellors, each with unique areas of expertise and therapeutic styles. Team members bring years of experience and specialised training, and they continually work to grow their skills and stay up to date with evidence-based techniques. The team collaborates to offer a wide range of support including anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD/Autism), life transitions, and relationship challenges. A warm and intuitive Front Desk team is also part of the practice, contributing to the overall care experience.
