  • Our approach

A collective of multidisciplinary practitioners tailors treatment to each child's unique needs and goals using evidence-based and lived-experience learnings. Sessions draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and family therapy, depending on what suits the individual. The clinic specialises in early intervention and helps children understand and work through their thoughts, feelings and behaviours while strengthening their parents and support networks. Sessions can be delivered in-person, online, at school, or through home visiting and nature-based therapy where appropriate.
