  • Our approach

Nicole's approach combines practical guidance with emotional support, drawing on her 30+ years as a psychologist and 20 years specialising in baby sleep and child behaviour. Sessions are tailored to each family's needs, whether focusing on parenting strategies, child emotional wellbeing, or sleep solutions. Children are offered a safe space to explore their emotions and experiences, while parents receive straightforward, myth-busting advice grounded in both expertise and real parenting experience. The aim is to make your parenting journey more peaceful and help children develop tools and strategies to overcome difficulties and thrive.

  • Working with families

Parent involvement is central to the service, with Nicole offering tailored advice and support specifically designed for parents navigating their parenting journey. Following sleep consults, families receive several days of email support to help implement new routines and strategies.
