    The team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, early childhood and school-age educators, behaviour support practitioners, wellbeing facilitators, lifestyle support workers, inclusion consultants, social workers and mentors. The Chief Operations Officer is an occupational therapist with extensive experience in senior therapy and management positions across disability organisations, bringing expertise in developing innovative service models and advocacy for inclusion and accessibility. The Chief Executive Officer has worked in autism for over 35 years, beginning her career as a speech pathologist and holding senior management positions since 2004.
