  • Our approach

Kalí uses a variety of psychological techniques with a strong emphasis on hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is used to access deeply embedded behaviours and emotions, allowing clients to let go of negative habits and feelings that may be holding them back. Sessions combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Hypnosis techniques in an eclectic approach. Through therapy, children learn how their thoughts, feelings and behaviours affect their mood and daily interactions, and develop healthier ways to manage life's challenges. Hypnosis works by inducing a pleasant, deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes more responsive to positive suggestion and programming.
