  • Our approach

Sessions are tailored to your child's individual needs through a bespoke service model. The occupational therapist works with your family to understand what matters most and creates customised programs tailored to the different environments your child interacts in. Parent education is a key feature, ensuring you're equipped to support your child's development across home, school, and community settings. The approach draws on training in neurodevelopmental movement and strongly emphasises early intervention, combining occupational therapy skills with specialised techniques. Sessions focus on helping children improve their thinking, physical, and motor skills so they can do the things they need and want to do.

  • Working with families

Family involvement is central to the service model. You will be the direct point of contact with the occupational therapist throughout your child's journey, ensuring clear communication and personalised attention. Parent education is specifically highlighted as a unique feature of the service, equipping you with knowledge and strategies to support your child's development. Customised individualised OT programs are designed to work across the various environments your child interacts in, so what happens in therapy translates to real-world improvements at home and school.
