Our approach
The provider uses a sport and recreational activity-based approach, with tailored group programs that combine physical skill development and targeted social-emotional learning. Sessions focus on various sports including gymnastics, basketball, soccer, rugby, tennis, athletics, volleyball, tee-ball and yoga/pilates, with activities changing every 2-4 weeks based on the children's interests and skills. Within each session, children work on motor skills like running, jumping, throwing and catching, alongside social-emotional activities targeting turn-taking, understanding emotions, friendship-building, teamwork and compromise. All activities are designed to encourage social interaction, and the programs are supported by the best available research evidence and clinical experience. Low therapist-to-child ratios ensure groups meet individual needs.
