Our approach
The Montessori method uses specialised materials and a carefully prepared learning environment to support each child's full development. Children are viewed as naturally eager to learn and capable of directing their own learning with the help of a trained teacher 'guide'. Sessions include mixed-aged classes with uninterrupted work time, choice within limits, and freedom of movement in the classroom. The approach emphasises concentration and respecting each child's pace, avoiding unnecessary help with tasks they can manage themselves. Learning focuses on practical life, sensorial exploration, language, mathematics and cultural education across preschool, primary and lower secondary classes.
